Laura currently provides advice to our local and international clients in these areas, and additionally advises them on issues related to labor law and immigration law.

She offers guidance to companies in their daily operations; formation and dissolution of companies; preparation of constitutive documents (assemblies, meetings of the Board of Directors, partner meetings, etc.); preparation, review and consultation of commercial contracts; conflict management in matters of Intellectual Property; management of immigration issues: consultations, obtaining visas, permits and residences.

She graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), 2007, Cum Laude, after defending her degree project “Image Right and Unfair Competition”, “Limitations on the exercise of Trademark Law in the field of Dominican legislation.
