Paulina carries out her practice guiding companies in their daily operations; formation and dissolution of companies; preparation of constitutive documents (assemblies, meetings of the Board of Directors, partner meetings, etc.); preparation, review and consultation of commercial contracts; conflict management in matters of Intellectual Property; management of immigration issues: consultations, obtaining visas, permits and residences.

She graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) 2016, Magna Cum Laude, after defending her degree project “Ambush Marketing and the Protection of Trademark Rights”;. In 2018 he obtained his Master’s degree in “International Business Law” at ESADE University, Barcelona, ​​Spain.
