He provides advice to private companies on litigation for civil, commercial, labor, criminal, administrative, constitutional law and industrial property matters. Likewise, he has successfully defended individuals in multiple lawsuits that have involved different types of legal actions.
Alexander graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) where he obtained his Law Degree in 2006 when defending his degree project “Intellectual Property in Criminal Procedure Law”. He also completed a Master’s Degree in Civil Law and Civil Procedure at the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD), 2013.
He has made numerous publications, among which we can mention: “Procedural nature of amparo: autonomy or subsidiarity?”; “Guarantee character of the principle of the double degree of jurisdiction and its application in the Dominican civil process”; “The principle of speed and the right to appeal: an economic procedural analysis”; and “The protection of Industrial Property: for the effective protection of a globalized economy.”
Alexander is an active member of the Dominican Republic Bar Association.
