Laura has been an associate lawyer at the firm since 2023, having joined as a Paralegal in 2021. Her work has focused on conflict resolution in Intellectual Property matters, assisting in various processes before the National Office of Industrial Property ( ONAPI), the General Directorate of Customs (DGA), Prosecutor’s Offices, Courts and other institutions.
Laura is a law graduate “Magna Cum Laude” from the Pontificia Católica Madre y Maestra, having presented her thesis entitled “Taxation of Cryptocurrencies and other Virtual Assets in the Dominican Republic” in the year 2023.
