His professional practice focuses on the resolution of administrative conflicts, working on processes before the National Office of Industrial Property (ONAPI), the General Directorate of Customs (DGA), Prosecutor’s Offices, Courts and other institutions.
Daniel is a law graduate from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE). In 2019 he completed his Master’s Degree in ICT Law, Social Networks and Intellectual Property at the Ramón Llull University (ESADE) Barcelona, Spain.
Daniel is a member of the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI).
